Family Meal Preps:  A new special is announced every 2 weeks on our Instagram page: @yourfriendlyneighbourhoodchef. Orders must be received by Thursday at 12pm.

Individual Meal Prep: All meals posted in the menu section of the website are available. Pickups are available on Wednesdays and Sundays, orders must be received 3 days in advance.

Delivery/Pickup

Family Meal Preps: Delivery available Saturdays, pickups available Saturdays and Sundays.

Individual Meal Prep: Pickups available on Wednesdays and Sundays.

​

We offer free delivery within Brampton and Mississauga, and $5 in all other areas of the GTA.

 

Payment

 

1) Cash (payment accepted on pick-up or delivery);

 

2) Email transfer to yfnc_barroo@outlook.com

(prior to delivery/pick-up).
